“ I just wanted to say thank you to all that took such great care of my Mom Mae Guetler. Not only is your facility immaculately clean, adequately staffed, and immediate attention any time something was needed, but the nursing staff is amazing!! They truly made my mom and family feel like we were part of your family. When my mom was placed on hospice a month ago your nursing staff worked great with them to make sure she got the best care, her last days you made sure we had everything we needed, and the extras such as drink and snacks was appreciated. I do want to give 4 special people recognition, Kelsey and Jessica who were 2 of her nurses, they went above and beyond, Lisa, a CNA that really took great care of our mom and had to make that hard call to me to come in right before my mom passed. And last but surely not least, Kimmie, she is the most amazing CNA, person, friend and worker I have ever met, words can’t describe the love we have for Kimmie. Again thank you all that cared for my mom while she was there. I truly hope this message gets passed on to the girls and other staff there. Thank you.”

“ I gained a greater respect for all the staff at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection during the recent covid-19 outbreak. Protective equipment is hot and uncomfortable but this did not deter them from their duty to care for their patients. As some of the staff were down with covid-19, others stepped up to the plate to get their jobs done. They are real heroes. Blue Ridge has experienced, well-trained staff that love their residents. Blue Ridge always strives to meet or exceed quality standards. When I go to Blue Ridge, I see a lot of caring staff.”
