4. Does laundry cost anything?
No charge.
5. What is the pet policy?
Pets must be on a leash at all times when in the facility and you must provide up to date vaccinations for the animal.
6. What are visiting hours?
Any time as long as resident consents. Front door locked @ 9pm and Patio door is locked @ 11pm.
7. Do you have private rooms?
Private rooms are available upon request. It's first come first serve basis.
8. How often do doctors visit?
There is a doctor or PA here most days Mon - Fri. They are on call 24/7.
9. Is there Internet access?
Yes, we have free Wifi.
10. Do you allow smoking?
NO. We are a non-smoking facility.
11. What items should I bring to your facility?
Toothbrush, Comb or brush, shaving supplies, Deodorant, Make-up, Shampoo Pajamas, a week’s supply of comfortable pants, shirts, socks and underwear, athletic shoes or rubber soled, sweater and coat for cold months. **We provide laundry service for all our patients. For all clothes, be sure to label them with your name in permanent marker.
